Is Catoctin Family Practice accepting new patients? Yes, at this time we are accepting new patients as young as Kindergarten-aged children.

What insurances do we take? We take most major insurances. Check with your provider or call us to see if we are in-network.

Do we treat children and newborns? The youngest age we treat is Kindergarten-age children.

Do we have ‘walk-ins’ or same day appointments? Due to the large volume of patients we see each day, our same-day appointments are very limited. Call to check for availability.

What do I do to get a medication refill? To obtain a refill on a currently-prescribed medication, we ask that you contact your pharmacy from which it was originally filled.

Do we have an on-site lab? Lab services are available at the Quest Diagnostics Service Center in an office adjacent to our building, sharing the same parking lot.

When are 2013-14 season flu shots available? Flu shots are available at this time, however, Catoctin Family Practice does not administer flu shots. Our office follows CDC guidelines to advise individuals in obtaining yearly flu shots. These shots can be obtained at a variety of locations, including pharmacies, clinics and other locations.
